If you have a “R” in your name, you have a streak of independence - or should I say rebel. This is a freedom energy and freedom is very important to you.

“R” gives physical energy. Saying the “R” out loud - drawing it out - with several repetitions can provide physical energy when one is depleted.

“R” brings some fascinating abilities to the fore. One of these is what I call the time warp ability. A person with the “R” in their name will probably have experienced the slowing of the passage of time - or at times the speeding up of time. As an example from my own life: I was driving down the street in the right hand lane in the midst of traffic at rush hour - when I perceived what appeared to be a black flash coming from the side of the road. Suddenly a car backed fast from a driveway right into the lanes of traffic where I was driving. It was like my whole consciousness changed gears - everything went into slow motion and everything seemed like some sort of graceful slow motion ballet as I slowly turned the wheel. I had all of the time in the world - it seemed - to go around him to the right. Every other car in the group where I had been driving was involved in the accident.

Another use of this time warping is the ability to tell yourself before going to sleep that you are going to get 8 hours of restful sleep in the next 30 minutes or 2 hours - or however much time you have. I have used this since I was first in college - some 40+ years ago.

Another handy use of this ability is metaphysically when one needs to repeat an energy working at a particular time, for a number of days in a row. One can say - I am warping time - I am warping time - I am warping time. I am centered in today and in the six days past. I am centered in these 7 days. You can even do a deeper warp. You can say “I warp time again. I warp time again. I warp time again. I am centered in these hours of the day - sunrise and noon and sunset. When you have warped time in this manner, you will need to take the time warp off when you are finished- simply say “The time warp is taken off - time returns to normal time - a day is as a day” If you don’t remember to take the warp off, you will probably feel strange - perhaps a little dizzy.

Using the “R” energy is not restricted to those who have an “R” in their names.  Everyone can use this energy, access it - and gain abilities with it.  People who have the “R” in their names, however, would consider the abilities as natural - probably have gained a level of mastery in past lives.
